We offer Both Pure water pole Fed and traditional window cleaning with squeegees and ladders. This includes sills, frames and glass. Cleaned every 4 or 8 weeks, we can notify you by your preferred contact method the day before we arrive to ensure we have access and gates can be left unlocked etc.

Gutter Cleaning & Repair
Keeping gutters clear is an important yet often overlooked part of home maintenance. Gutters that are full, blocked or simply do not drain away can cause damp problems inside the home or simply an annoyance from a constantly dripping joint. Roof Cleaning
In most cases we advocate for a soft washing approach to roof cleaning.
This involves either jet washing or scraping moss from the roof with specialised tools specific to your particular style of roof tile. This typically removes 90-95% of all visible moss. It is then followed by an application of biocide which continues to kill off any remaining moss including microsopic spores. The product will continue to work over the following months and even years meaning your roof will look better and better over time and regrowth will be prevented.
We use a Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (DDAC) biocide. the highest quality roof biocide in the industry which remains active far longer than cheaper alternatives used by many companies as it has a much higher tolerance to hard water, ionic surfactants and organic soiling.

Solar Panels
Keeping solar panels clean is vital for maintaining the highest possible efficiency of your panels. They must also be cleaned with the greatest of care as scratching can not only damage the panels but also void the warranty. For this reason we recommend regular cleaning so that your panels do not end up covered in difficult to remove lichen.
